1. Acceptance of terms

By using PuzzleVerse, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. The service

  • • PuzzleVerse is a free, browser-based puzzle arcade. No purchase required.
  • • We provide puzzles (jigsaw, sudoku, cube, tangram, etc.) generated by verified algorithms.
  • • The service is provided "as is" — we strive for uptime but offer no SLA.
  • • Features may be added, changed, or removed with notice.

3. Accounts

  • • Accounts are optional — you can play fully as a guest.
  • • Accounts enable cross-device sync, leaderboards, PVC wallet, and puzzle creation.
  • • You must be 13+ to create an account (or higher where required by law).
  • • You are responsible for your account credentials.

4. PVC (PuzzleVerse Coins)

  • • PVC is a virtual currency earned only through gameplay — never purchased with real money.
  • • PVC has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
  • • PVC balances do not expire.
  • • We reserve the right to adjust earn rates with notice.

5. User content (Community puzzles)

  • • You retain ownership of your uploads.
  • • By publishing, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your puzzle.
  • • You warrant you have rights to all content you upload.
  • • We may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • • No cheating, botting, or exploiting bugs.
  • • No reverse-engineering or scraping.
  • • No uploading illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
  • • No attempting to manipulate PVC, leaderboards, or streaks.
  • • No circumventing rate limits or consent controls.

7. Ads & affiliate links

  • • PuzzleVerse displays light, non-intrusive ads (never inside gameplay).
  • • Affiliate links to physical puzzles are clearly labelled.
  • • No ad-free tier exists — ads are the same for all users.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

PuzzleVerse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms with notice (email for account holders, banner for guests). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
